Flex Studio



Established in 2005, Flex’s core philosophy is to make every training session a positive and productive one for each of our unique clients in Hong Kong. Based on an understanding of clients’ goals, the trainers at Flex Studio Hong Kong develop personalized programs to guide them towards optimum mobility and strength. Healthy, sustainable fitness is a principle goal of the studio, and by working with our dedicated instructors, clients are able to see and feel rapid improvement in their physical condition.

Flex co-Directors Heather Thomas Shalabi and Anna Serafinas Luk bring many years’ teaching experience to their venture, and the team at Flex consists of fully certified Pilates, yoga and fitness instructors, representing such methods as Polestar® Pilates, the Body Arts and Science Method (BASI®), Ron Fletcher Pilates, Baron Baptiste Power Flow, Paul Grilley Yin Yang, and K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga yoga among others. Several of our instructors trained at the Royal Academy of Dance, and our key fitness instructors are Master Trainers for TRX©, ViPR™, and Trigger Point Therapy© as well as being competitive athletes themselves.
