辦學理念
吳老師投身音樂教育逾十年，一直致力為學生提供一個在學術上具挑戰性的學習環境，藉此激發學生在音樂上的成長。學生學習音樂時，可以自由地發掘及提升天賦潛能至最高水平，年青音樂學生及家長亦可以互相交流，支持彼此子女成長。
吳老師深信只有學生的成長及水準才能真實反映教育質素，因此，吳老師鼓勵所有學生不單追求音樂上的進步，更要透過學習音樂，尋求個人的成長及互助合作的團隊精神。學生的教材和教案都以最專業的標準審定，學生不單需要學習樂器，亦要求有寫作、群體活動及演奏實踐等全面的發展。
Philosophy
Carol Ng, being a music educator for over ten years, aims at providing an intellectually challenging environment to encourage the musical development of the students. Students are free to explore and improve their natural abilities, and to develop their talents to their fullest potential. Young musicians and parents are encouraged to share their knowledge and be supportive to each other.
It is Carol’s conviction that the only way to judge a music teacher in by the caliber of the students. Thus the primary process of achieving quality is by bringing out the best, both musically and personally, in each student, thorough care, respect and support. Students are educated to the highest standards based on the best possible professional practice. The balanced curriculum focusing on the development of the whole person requires students to develop a wide range of skills, including writing, socializing and performance.
