Baby Ballet (Beginners - Primary)
Using a range of sounds, props, pictures and musical styles to develop students' physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression, musically, improve social skills, sense of direction and self-confidence. Preparing students for a successful transition to ballet and other dance genres at higher levels. Students could do classes once or twice a week.
Students will be promoted to different classes according to their age and ability.
Jazz
CSTD Jazz (Age 5 or above)
Lyrical Jazz (Age 12 or above)
Adult Jazz
CSTD J.z Curriculum
J.z dance combines rhythm, expression and technique with .pects of a variety of popuk and street music, using the body. an instrument to interpret the various styles. Forms of J.z include the rhythmic and stylish Modern J., incorporating lyrical and contemporary styles and the classical lines of J.z Ballet.
The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) Modern J.z syllabus combines elements of strength, flexibility, j.. technique, hip-hop and commercial jazz, ensuring versatility and strong performance skills in the students.
Students are encouraged to attend the CSTD examinations and participate in both school and public performances.
Students will be promoted to different cl.ses according to their age and ability.
