Established in 2001, Hong Kong Institute of Continuing Education (HKICE) is a Hong Kong-based private educational institution, focused on offering quality overseas university and locally developed programs. HKICE is registered under the Education and Manpower Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Through continual development and network broadening, HKICE has extended its presence in China since 2004.

HKICE now has four campuses in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. With the mission of providing quality higher education and professional training programs to meet the changing needs of learners and the society, HKICE introduces and continues to design and develop practical programs in a diverse range of disciplines at different qualification levels. Besides offering its own certificate, diploma, higher diploma and associate degree programs, HKICE also partners with well-ranked overseas universities in delivering degree-awarding programs in the bachelor and master degree levels to individuals who want to obtain further education in their home country.

It is our objective to provide "top quality" education and training opportunities to facilitate our students in developing their potential and gaining a competitive edge over others. HKICE provides a broad range of journals, references, periodicals and on-line materials in all types of disciplines . Free access is provided to registered students.
