Top Class English Learning Centre has been operating in Waterloo Road since 1992. We  provide English tuition to students aged 3-18 years, from a wide range of H.K. schools.

This tuition centre is a family business. It was established by Mrs Marie Reid, a resident and teacher in H.K. for nearly 30 years. Her daughter, Miss Shelley Reid, has been managing the centre for over 10 years.

Many of our students have studied here from kindergarten until finishing secondary school, and we have helped thousands of students to prepare to study overseas. We are proud of the relationship we form with our students and their families, and we work hard to maintain a personal,friendly and fun learning environment.

Our key aims are -
 « To foster an interest in the English language
 « To help our students improve their oral and written English
 « To identify each student's strengths and weaknesses    
 « To develop life-long learning skills

We achieve this by motivating our students to enjoy English.

Our lessons are interesting, fun and effective.
We also encourage students to make use of our library.
If a student enjoys learning English, they will progress quickly.

Our syllabus is designed to target the four main language skills -
 « Reading
 « Writing
 « Listening
 « Speaking

Parents are able to monitor their children's progress by reviewing their  notebooks which are taken home after each lesson.
