MPL培訓中心由 Alexandria FU 成立於2003年9月，MPL來自藏文中的Ma Pa La，意思原為「母親父親吉祥」。
Alexandria FU將其中的 M，P，L 三個字母賦予新的意義，分別為 Mind Awakening，Personal Breakthrough 以及Life Commitment Program，又或者是 My Passion for Life，都是 MPL 課程的核心主題。
MPL培訓中心除了由 Alexandria FU 作為主要的導師，她還邀請其他資深的人才培訓導師加盟或客串教授，並積極培訓具潛質的新
導師，讓個人成長課程這個行業繼續健康發展。
