A.) System Integration We supply a wide spectrum proven quality security systems supported by a full scale of services including: security advice, expert design, project installation, system maintenance, alarm signal monitoring and 24 hours emergency repairs. We conduct staff retraining programs to ensure our customers receive the most cost-effective and prompt on-site service. We offer a wide variety of Maintenance Contracts tailored to customer's specific needs. B.) Central Alarm Monitoring Station (CAMS) The purpose of the Central Alarm Monitoring Station (CAMS) is work in concert with the Police Intruder Alarm Inspection Unit. The user is given the ultimate protection from the loss of life and valuables, signals that are received by our CAMS which is immediately routed to the related sectors for prompt response and rescue. These signal transmissions also benefit our company to know instantly about operating statue of the on-site systems. This service is also provided to our industrial friends, where we monitor: burglar alarm, direct link alarm, visual alarm, flooding alarm, smoke alarm and system open and close signal report. In 1999 and 2006, Uniforce CAMS was ranked one of the Top Five Central Alarm Monitoring Station that has maintained the lowest false alarm rate and was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Commissioner of Police. C.) Product Agency Our systems are innovatively designed, reliable, of the highest quality and are easy to use. We have conducted rigorous product selection so as to decrease system flaws. This benefits our customers as it reduces expenses that arise from technician call-outs. Our foundation of success has been built on the reputation and trust as developed with our overseas manufacturers. We have succeeded to obtain some agency appointments for various front-edge technology products. Under Chapter 460 of the Security and Guarding Service Ordinance enforced in 1996, the Hong Kong government has provided us with the Security Company License to serve the community. We are a registered contractor of the Government Supplied Department. We are also a member of: the Hong Kong Security Association and International Professional Security Association. We are strong supporters of educating the public in all security matters and we advocate events such as security equipment displays as organized by the Crime Prevention Bureau.
