History
Wang Chun Industrial Ltd and Regent Plastic Industrial Ltd are family business.Regent Plastic Industrial Ltd was founded in HK in 1985, which is a world-class plastic injection molding manufacturer, producing Automotive parts, iPhone & iPad cases, LED parts, Computer parts, Printer & Photocopier parts, Power tools, Construction applications, Household appliances. Under continuous expansion of its manufacturing capacity, in 1991, Regent shifted its manufacturing section to a new site in BaoAn, Shenzhen covering an area of 15,000 square meters and equipped with 30 advanced Japanese injection machines with more than 200 workers employed. In 1995, it was awarded ISO 9001 by TüV certifying that our factory and product quality have surpassed the international standard. 2004 year end involved a great change for Regent which moved to a large facility of 30000 sq. meters in Shajing with number of advanced injection machines ranging from 50 to 850TONS increased to more than 100 and with services extended from initial tooling to ultimate assembly.
Wang Chun Industrial Ltd, established in HK in 1988, is a world-class plastic injection molding manufacturer with its production base Regent Plastic in Shenzhen, China. Wang Chun focuses on the plastic product design and project management. We offer fully integrated, one-stop-shop production, including design, tooling, injection molding, silk screen, pad paint, spray painting, assembly, testing, and logistics for a variety of Automotive, Electrical & Household appliances, and Construction products. We take OEM services for both plastic parts and sub-assembly products. Our production strictly adheres to international product standards including UL, GS CE, EMC, RoHS, REACH MARK, building good business relationships with different clients from different markets.
Regent Plastic Industrial Ltd works together with Wang Chun Industrial Ltd under the challenge of 21st Century with a goal to offer fully integrated, non-stop, one-stop shopping production guaranteed by a set of 6 equipped powerful backup generators and quality OEM services to customers. As quality represents the face of a company and survival of business and embodies the company dedication to excellence, with the“high-quality”motto in mind, under existing new facility in Regent, we are providing the best quality and innovative value-added products in timely, thorough value-added services manner to customers through enhancing our testing lab and R&D center by purchasing sophisticated inspection instrument such as CMM, Projector and Chroma Meter to achieve higher SPC ability as well as training our engineers in CAD/CAM technology application, such as Pro/E and MasterCAM.
