Company history
Great Treasure Group of Companies was set up in Hong Kong in May, 1992 when "Great Treasure International Limited" was registered and incorporated in Hong Kong. Its main business started as an international trading company for various home electrical appliances products.
After a decade of successful operation and business expansion, the trading arm “Great Treasure (Building Supplies and Engineering) Limited” was set up in early 2002 to identify and focus mainly in the Hong Kong and China market for built-in kitchen appliances, including the full range products of built-in and free standing types of cooking hobs, range hoods, refrigerators, washing/drying machines, ovens, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffee machines, steamers, wine cellars, dehumidifiers, water heaters, kitchen sinks, mixers, dish sterilizers, kitchen LCD TVs and water resistant TVs.
In 2004, another trading arm “Great World (Building Products) Limited” was set up to distribute building products supplies including bathroom accessories, sanitary fittings and bath tubs in trendy design and high quality material to various developers and contractors for project use.
Beginning 2006, both Great Treasure and Great World started to distribute two renowned brands of bathroom products, including “VitrA” and “TEXER”. These reputable branded products provide various types of bathroom items including bathtubs, massage tubs, faucets, showers, bathroom cabinets, washbasins, WCs, bidets, shower cubicles, steam units, bathroom accessories. In 2009, as the extension of our project business expansion, the Project Marketing Department was further divided into Home Appliances Division and Sanitary Wares and Fittings Division.
As the sole agency/authorized dealer and one of the leading distributors of European and American famous brand of kitchen appliances and bathroom products, Great Treasure Group of Companies distributes the following renowned brands of European “Smeg”, “Cristal”, “Blanco”, “VitrA”, “Texer”, “Carlo Frattini”, “Drymaster” , American “Maytag”, “Cuno”, and Korea “Samsung” products.
With the headquarter located in Hong Kong, Great Treasure has established her own 6,000 Square feet Showroom in Causeway Bay of Hong Kong, over 40,000 square feet office/warehouse in Kwun Tong of Kowloon Hong Kong, a fully-computerized Customer Services & Maintenance Centre and a distribution network of over 400 outlets in Hong Kong and China through chain stores, kitchen cabinet shops/suppliers, bathroom sanitary fittings shops/suppliers, department stores, general electrical appliances shops, wholesalers, independent dealers, retailers, interior designer houses and architectural companies. Over the past 2 decades, a total of over 350,000 households had chosen to use one of our distributed brand products with high satisfaction.
In middle of 2007, Great Treasure (Macau) Limited was set up with wholly owned Macau Office/Showroom and Service Centre located at Rua Cidade De Coimbra No. 426, LJ. D, RC, Macau. During the past years, Great Treasure (Macau) Limited had worked out with the several reputable Macau developers to deliver and install both kitchen appliances and bathroom products to sizable residential and hotel projects. In addition, Great Treasure (Macau) also became one of the market leaders in the local built-in kitchen appliances field.
In 2009, the PR China Guangzhou office was set up and located at 112-114, Baqiermalu, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, P.R.China and served her role to cater both of the project and wholesale business in mainland China cities including Shanghai, Beijing and Canton regions.
Business Operation
Great Treasure current distribution business covers the areas of Hong Kong, Macau and the mainland China. The business scope includes :
1. Supply, installation and maintenance of electrical appliances sanitary wares and fittings and building supplies products to residential and commercial projects;
2. Wholesale and retail distribution to various outlets, own showroom and consignment shops;
3. Provide comprehensive after sales maintenance, repair and replacement service;
4. Work with developers, utility companies and manufacturers to develop and provide new home use household appliances.
