VIN DOUX 2006 (white wine)
We use delicious sauvignon Blanc grapes, capturing the sweet lime and gooseberry flavours of the freshly harvested fruit whilst retaining some residual sweetness. The aromatic bouquet, melds with ripe fruit and citrus characters to produce a soft and gentle (doux) wine. The enjoyment of this versatile style is best with an array of Asian cuisine or as an aperitif before meals or as an accompaniment to the array of temperate fruit available from the Granite Belt. A wine we have been making for over 20 years.

NOUVELLE 2005 (ice pink wine) ( worldwide just have 20 cases)
This pink variant of Frontignac or Muscat de petite grains (the little berried Muscat) has been made into a light blush wine with a hint of residual sweetness. Its delicate perfumed bouquet and gentle palate make it an excellent aperitif and like our Vin Doux, a wine to savour at the end of a meal with the stone fruit and pome fruits of our Granite Belt region. It is well suited to many Asian dishes.
