Elegant Fine Wines Collection, established in 2011, is a subsidiary company of William Trading Company Limited to explore the fine wines business. Mr. William Yu and his family enjoy the wine appreciations a lot. They visited some of the wineries around the world and took the wine courses from WSET (a professional education body on wine appreciation in UK) to broaden the knowledge on wine appreciations.
