JetFax Resources is a professional trading and manufacturing in Mainland China since 1998. Our factory are dedicated in manufacturing electronic assemblies (either through-holes, SMT or mixed, COB process), battery chargers, lighting fixtures, metal and plastic parts, electronic and mechanical toys, blow mold plastic, plastic toolings, etc. Our plant has around 8000 square meters and about 500 workers.

Our facilities……

Now, we have PCB assembly, including SMT and through processes. Our daily capacity for SMT processes is 7 millions placements. Our machines may handle up to 0402 and BGA components. For through-hole processes, we are capable to handle more than 2 millions discrete components. In addition, we have enough technical support to perform the functional and in circuit testing. In order to comply with Rohs requirements, our facilities already upgrade to lead-free process in order to meet Rohs requirements.

Our tooling facilities……

We have our tooling workshop to make the plastic toolings in house. After the R&D complete the design and the design was confirmed by customers, we will start make the toolings in our workshop. By using the CAM and CNC technology, it will provide much faster and high quality services to our customers. Other than building the toolings for in-house, we are also exporting toolings to our customers upon their requests.
