Daiwa Associate Holdings Limited, a publicly listed conglomerate traded in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The group was founded by Mr Herman Lau, President and Chairman of the Group, in 1980.
The company focused in three main business areas.
Distribution of electronics component and semiconductor devices in Greater China has been the initial core business since 1980.
The group developed the second core business in 1986, setting up manufacture facilities in China for providing electronic manufacturing service to clients and doing own branded electronics components.
The third core business is our Canadian-wide distribution network for computer, peripherals and other IT products.
