Year 1989 Established with 24.9% owned by Mr. Hasegawa and main product Line is Light-Weight Headphone. Starting business by joint-venture with Tomei Group (Tomei Group is a listed company) which mainly produced electronic products, walkman, TV, CD...etc.

Year 1999 In Sept., Mr. Hasegawa increased his share holding up to 75%.

Year 2007 Mr. Hasegawa's Family owned 100% share holding and % distribution is: 90% owned by Mr. Hasegawa and 10% owned by Mr. Ken Hasegawa.

We only put a little Product Range at our Website because most of our products are OEM or ODM Basis that not open to market. The products on Website is only showing our variety products range. We are welcome for any sharp idea for OEM or ODM business.
