Production Floor
In the production floor , we have 40 sections, each section have 10 to 20 workers.
one supervisor controls 4 sections, and totally 10 supervisors
vice production manager monitors these supervisors.
Air condition and heater production floor:
70% of our production area is provided with air condition for worker. Despite the high engery cost, it will keep our product clean. It will provide a better enviroment for the worker. This will cut down the workers turn over rate and efficiently product high quality products. Su Zhou factory is also provided with air condition.
Sample production dept.
we have 30 workers to work on pre-production sample or sales man sample. This team will take order from the sales dept. in hong kong and china.
Down comforter and down pillow, it should be finished with in 10 working days,
down jacket, it should be with in 2 weeks for existing customer . New customer will be 27 days.
Knitted blanket should be around 20 days.
Sanitizing down and feather
After we collected raw down, we will sanitize it with high temp. washing. We will wash it and deoder with Geramn Hankol detergent it. Than we will dry it in dryer. After go thru 4 times filtration to filter out too tiny down, it prevents allergic effect to some sensitive users. All these cleaning method will comply with the local import law, USA is FTC , Japan is jap and european standard (highest amount all)
cotton Fabric
90% of our cotton is from xin jiang or Pakistan, 10% from Egypt. Fabric is fabricated in Shandong, china, 85% dye is processed Wu Xi, Zhe Jiang china. The final cut and sewn is proceed either in Hua Xing or Su Zhou.
