This book provides a comprehensive introduction to basic techniques in business mathematics and statistics. It is aimed both at students taking professional accounting examinations and at business studies students who require an elementary understanding of mathematical and statistical techniques.
Structured in a clear, logical format, the subject matter is broken into ten separate parts, each of wich covers standard examination testing areas. Each chapter concludes with review notes and student exercises to test comprehension of core concepts. Each part ends with a set of examination questions relevant to the area covered by the part.
The fifth edition has been revised and updated and now includes a much larger set of previous examination questions.
