Beauty Vision Limited (BV) is a manufacturing company, especially for production of toys and chemical products. The Hong Kong office is located in Vigor Industrial Building at Tsing Yi and the production factory is situated in Gong Ming Town of Shenzhen.
BV acquires the ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate, US GMPC, Europe GMPC and ICTI. Through the good management team, the good quality of products as well as the best services could be provided to the customers. There is R&D laboratory, microbiological laboratory as well as different types of production facilities in the factory so that BV could be capable of producing a variety of cosmetic products like blush, eyeshadow, eye mascara, face paint, face stick, lipgloss/ lipstick, glitter gel, hair gel, bubble solution, bath solution, ink, floating solution, etc., suitable for the children of 6 ¡V 12. Indeed, the ability of formulation of new products could satisfy to the customer requirements. Now, BV is manufacturing the products for some famous, worldwide companies.
This factory is a medium-size company of about 500 workers. It occupies about 7,000 sq. meters area with two main buildings which are warehouse, packaging / spray painting and administration.
Within the administration building, the engineering department and the machinery workshop are on the first floor. There are 40 injection-molding machines ranging from 120 tons to 300 tons (4 to 30 ounces) and 8 blow-molding machines in the machinery workshop, which are capable of producing a variety of plastic products. The administration office, laboratory, and cosmetic production are at the second level.
