Taishan Golden gain Aluminum Products Limited is wholly owned by Innovative Aluminium (Hong Kong) Ltd. Our green-field factory, located in Na Jin Industry Estate, San He Town, Taishan, Guangdong, includes 1,829,880 square feet (170,000m²) of manufacturing and office space. Additionally, 645,840 square feet (60,000m²) of land has been reserved for our future needs. Annual production is over 30,000tons.
Golden gain is dedicated to the production of high quality aluminium extrusions and related value adding processes like mechanical polishing, anodizing, powder coating and components fabrication as well as finished products. We support this commitment with a fully vertically-integrated manufacturing plant. All aspects of the manufacturing process are in-house and continually monitored by our Quality Assurance Team to insure production of quality products. The complete process includes log casting using purely in-house scrap, extrusion on one of our twelve state-of-the-art extrusion presses, mechanical polishing and brushing, commercial or bv right-dip anodizing in our two anodizing lines, powder coating and a wide array of fabrication capabilities.
These extensive manufacturing capabilities are supported by a dedicated staff of design, marketing and customer service personnel. Golden Gain’s Research and Development Department is available to provide design solutions to meet our client’s exact requirements.
