To achieve this, we use advanced techology to design, mould and manufacture 100% in-house. Our facilities included 3D CAD/CAM design, mould making using precision CNC milling machines, robotic arm aided injection moulding, rapid prototyping, spray painting, silk-screen/pad printing, conveyor belt assembley and presurized waterproof testing. All goods are subject to stringent quality control points at every department along the production process, and all completed order must pass our regulatory AQL inspection before shipment. Currently, our team of employees is capable of producing in excess of One Million pieces each month.
