Founded in 2001, MTCI is a professional training and consultancy service provider in the areas of business and management. We adopt an EQ-based approach to our training programmes (see Introduction to EQ). Tailored to the needs of our clients, we specialize in the areas of leadership and supervisory skills, communications, customer relations management and human resources management.
Moreover, we also specialize in HR-related ordinances training as well as the provision of HR consultancy services to different firms with a view to enhancing their HR system in order to raise their employee motivation and productivity.
