I. RETAINER SERVICES
Our retainer services include:
1. Prepare bookkeeping services (which include preparation of income statement and balance sheet (on a monthly/quarterly and/or yearly basis upon requested))*;
2. Complete tax return for the year of assessment 2012/13 (which covers the year ending March 31, 2013) and the supporting tax computation for submission to the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department;
3. Attend to enquiries from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department (unlimited) (exclude field audit and investigation engagements, which will be billed separately);
4. Answer to queries on Hong Kong and the Mainland China tax (unlimited).
* applicable to those with annual income up to HK$1,000,000 (exclude audit fees). We shall be pleased to quote our service fees for other cases.
II. FIELD AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION (HK$50,000 up)
We also provide assistance in attending "Field Audit and Investigation" cases as initiated by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. We shall be pleased to quote our service fees upon request.
III. APPLICATION OF OFFSHORE/NON-TAXABLE CLAIM (HK$30,000 up)
A company is not chargeable to Hong Kong profits tax if its profits are derived from sources outside of Hong Kong. We are pleased to help lodging an offshore claim with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department.

ABOUT OUR FIRM
Stephen Leung, who is the founder of our firm, specializes in providing tax and business advisory services in Hong Kong and the Mainland China. Stephen graduated from the University of Hong Kong with First Class Honor in 1990. He then joined the tax team of Ernst & Young, Hong Kong; and has pursued his career in the tax profession for more than 15 years.
Stephen specially provides tax compliance and consultancy services to SMEs and individual clients. He has helped his clients mitigate their tax bills in the total amount of more than HK$200 million.
MISSION
SMEs may not afford to appoint Big 4 CPA firms to act as their tax representatives. Nevertheless, they should not be deprived from getting professional tax advice. Stephen works as a freelance tax consultant to provide tax compliance and consultancy services to SMEs and individuals in cost effective and efficient manner.
