Charlotte Travel Ltd Charlotte Travel first started in 2001 with 3 employees. It is a one-stop travel agent in Hong Kong that specializes in corporate, leisure and incentive travel. We have won SME Customer Service Excellence in 2004 and demonstrates a high commitment to environmental protection, employee management and community involvement. With IT support, we have created a paperless office and follows measures that reduce, reuse and recycle materials. We have won the Ruby Award of The HSBC SME Living Business in 2005and became the Ambassador for the program since this January. We also built relationship with business partners and stakeholders through cultivating corporate citizenship among business and social service sectors. Indeed we have achieved award of “caring company” in 2006 from the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Only companies who demonstrated caring spirit and fulfilling social responsible are able to obtain the award and we are proud of it.
We also work in collaboration with Dr Roger Harris, founder of Asian Encounter (http://www.asianencounters.org) which promotes Community Based Tourism (CBT) that generates incomes for poor people in Asia.
