Membership Bonus Point System    

1. Each member can obtain 100 bonus points upon successful registration.

2. Each member can only get a maximum of 50 points per calendar day.

3. When the bonus points accumulated to a certain amount, members can redeem your favourite gift while stock lasts.

4. Each member can redeem the same gift twice the maximum and redemption is on first come first served basis and is subject to availability of stocks.

5. Members can redeem their gifts at Customer Service Centre (Central Pier No.6) during office hours.

6. Members can gain bonus points through the following channels:

7. First Ferry reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, as well as the gift items of the Bonus Point System without notifying its members. Once registered, members are bounded by these terms and conditions.

8. First Ferry shall not be liable to any loss or damages arising from the Bonus Point System.

9. First Ferry has access to the hyperlinks of other websites. However, First Ferry does not bear any liabilities to the contents, advertisements, products, services and other information imprinted in other websites.

10. To enhance effective communication with passengers, First Ferry will update its members of the corporate development and service improvements via email. If members do not wish to receive these information, please write or email to the Corporate Communications Department.

11. In the event of disputes, First Ferry is entitled to reject or terminate any log-in application or service order without giving reasons. In addition, First Ferry is also not liable to any loss raised by the said rejection.

12. First Ferry respects the personal data of our members/web-browsers. All personal data obtained will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

13. In any event of any dispute, the decision of First Ferry is final.
