From Spain to Turkey, Italy to Morocco, France to Greece and beyond, the flavors of sun filled dishes will surely brighten your day. Mediterranean food is no secret to our French Executive Chef Michel Seyve and he is presenting a menu that both reflects the complexity and variety of small Tapas and Mezes dishes. Original served as snacks in the cafes around the basin, these dishes can amount to a meal on their own. Start with Italian cheesy garlic bread loaded with parmesan cheese then try a smoked Norwegian salmon with caper and red onions on toasted baguette bread from the French Riviera. Moving along the coast, our Spanish tortilla (potato omelet) is here to accompany our famous Sangria. Further south, Merguez sausages will add a bit of spiciness from Morocco. Turkey has given us babaganoush and fried mussels, while Greece is bursting with flavors in our marinated feta cheese with herbs and Loukanika sausage.
