Appetisers:
- Soft shell crab niçoise salad, quail egg
- Seared scallops, cauliflower, light curry foam
- House made pappardelle, garlic olive oil, parmesan, truffle
- Terrine of squab breast, foie gras, sauternes jelly, beetroot salad
Mains:
- Pan-fried John Dory, steamed clams, dill butter
- Wild mushroom and morel pithivier, red wine butter sauce
- Barbecued goose breast, sage and bourbon gravy, pumpkin pie
