The design strategy was to divide the development into two zones -- North and South. The North parcel, adjacent to the entrance, includes front of house facilities such as the administration building Shaw House, the Post Building, and Run Run Theatre and Banquet Hall. The two-storey imaging centre for film processing and digital intermediate work is housed under the theatre.
