Founded in July 1993, Panda Engineering International Limited first builds its subtitle system for production houses and TV stations. Being successfully develop Chinese subtitle system with more flexibility during operation, we move our ways to provide more broadcasting solutions such as Chinese character generator & 24 hours on-air playout system.
With the aggressive demand in non-linear editing system, we also provide SAN solutions towards different video editing environment. We believe the traditional editing applications will be sooner or later replaced by such a low cost and reliable network solution.

Most of our system supports Matrox DigiSuite product, an award-winning realtime editing platform, from Matrox Electronic Systems Limited. DigiSuite is ideal for intense post-production work. It delivers uncompressed-quality images and the most realtime editing power. We believe having such power surely enhance stability and flexibility of the system. As most of our solutions are based on DigiSuite products, this helps to build an extendible working environment - SAN - in the future.
With such a rapid demand of NLE systems in the market, companies like Hong Kong Cable TV, SmarTone, Hong Kong Film Archive, StarEast are using Incite NLE systems in their daily operation.
