WELCOME TO OPEN MUSIC. WHERE MUSIC IS OPEN TO EVERYONE! Now you will be able to enjoy samples of the critically acclaimed new CD: Jean-Marie Leclair's Six Sonatas for Two Violins. 0p.3 (Fanfare Magazine 20l0 Want List). Plus my debut album "Con Sordino" accompanied by renown pianist Amy Sze. For those of you who are preparing for Grade Exams, now you will be able to use the newly created ‘Practice Room" to work on your scales. l have created these computer generated scales for my students few years ago to help them practicing at home where no one is around to tell them when they play out of tone. As a result, it has greatly improved their intonation and now a number of my students have already passed the Grade 8 Exam with high marks and their average age is 10 years old. But before you start. I must warn you. in order to achieve astonishing results. you must have a lots of patience because the scales are set at a very slow speed to give you time to listen and adjust your intonation with the computer! The great virtuoso violinist ltzhak Perlman once said (on youtube): "If you learn something slowly. you forget it slowly. If you learn something quickly. you forget it
