We are planning to launch a loyalty program and would need a CRM for the loyalty program. Our POS is VEND, you could be able to integrate with the CRM. Please the details of our Loyalty(VIP) program.
Features of loyalty program
- Collect point+ rewards- Basically $1spent = 10points, we would also like to assign special extra points for individual products time by time
- Member-get-Member (MGM)- When member referred friends to us, we would reward referral and referrer by giving gift and VIP points (see the graphic above). The whole MGM program would match referral and referrer by mobile number, so the system would need to be able to give VIP points to referrer when referral purchased.
- Birthday tracking + Rewards- The system would need to track the birthday of the members and automatically apply x2 times VIP points of purchase in their birthday month. (ie. My birthday is 14th June. I come to purchase any day in June and spend $10, then I collect 200VIP)
