Infrastructure Consulting Service
We will collect data pertaining to electrical loads, wiring practices, power qualities, existing power protection equipment, cooling and environmental conditions. With this data, a Site Evaluation Report, this includes an optimal power protection and cooling strategy for your computer rooms will be prepared.
Our consultants/ engineers will meet with you to understand your business and infrastructure requirements, constraints and evaluate your physical environment. By appointing our certified engineers on-site, we are able to provide pre-installation guidance on how to physically position and connect hardware in your IT infrastructure. Also, we will meet with your installation technicians to review the installation requirements and assist in completing the pre-startup checklist.
Start-up Service
Proper Start-up is one of the critical concerns on computer room operation. After checking up the wiring and connections, we check and record the functionality of the systems in different modes to ensure compliance with stated technical specifications.
Warranty/Maintenance Scheme
We provide 12-month free warranty/ maintenance for our equipment, extended warranty/ maintenance are also available. Our warranty/ maintenance covers 7x24/ 5x8/ normal office hour service, 4 hour/ next business day response, 365 days unlimited telephone response, technical support, routine maintenance, scheduled preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting, swapping or loan unit are also available.
We provide special offer for the 1-Year or extended warranty program, customers are guaranteed free delivery of parts or units to sites. Our extended warranty can be purchased anytime while the UPS is within warranty or extended warranty period.
On-site Training
Our professionals have strong experience in infrastructure industry and they will set up on-site training to customers after hand-over.

Equipment Relocation Service
Our scope of service starts from power down of your equipment at your existing site to start-up and testing at your new site. With project management, we can effectively re-locate and set up your equipment.

Our preventive maintenance services insure your computer room equipment is performing effectively. It includes a visual and electronic inspection of your systems to ensure the systems keep running and help to identify potential technical concerns and issues of the equipment.
