Job Description· Periodically work _disibledevent="color: black">estment banking client for troubleshooting of hardwares and softwares· Deliver high quality desktop support for end users;· Install, configure and maintain personal computers, printer / network / Internet access support, and other related equipment, devices and systems;· Perform hardware and software installation and upgrades;· Investigate and troubleshoot user problem, perform root cause analysis;· Ensure timely user notification on maintenance and effects on system availability· Other Ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement· Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent· 2 years working experience in IT Industry;· Good command of English (both spoken and written) and fluency in spoken Chinese is a must;· Posses good customer handling skills, experience in dealing with VIP and foreigners;· Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands effectively;· Proactive and "can-do" working attitude;· Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;· Holder of MCSA/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
