Yoga Place由專業瑜珈導師教授瑜珈，主要以中文教授，課程由淺入深，集減壓、修身、健體及增加柔軟度。本瑜伽中心亦有售賣專業瑜伽用品及開辦國際認可瑜伽導師文憑課程，獲美國Yoga Alliance及Int’l Institute of Professional Yoga Teacher認可資格。 Yoga Place is one of the most popular yoga studios in Hong Kong. Our yoga teachers are all certified by Kevela (UK) and International Institute of Professional Yoga Teacher, qualified by Yoga Alliance of US, and experienced in teaching yoga. We aim to provide people with safe and effective yoga training and instruction. Yoga Place also sells professional yoga products, such as yoga mat, yoga brick, yoga strap.
