Aging is a normal process of life and everyone will grow old. Aromatherapy can help with many of the problems that beset us as we grow older such as joint pains, sleep pattern alteration, digestive difficulties, poor memory, and increased susceptibility to minor ailments. The seminar covers how aromatherapy can be used in the daily care to improve our quality of life. 課程教授運用香薰治療及淋巴引流幫助很多隨著年長而引起的問題，像關節痛、睡眠模式改變、消化困難、容易受感染和記憶力衰退等。講解如何運用香薰油改善長者的生活質素。
