Structure and Content
The Bournemouth MSc Services Marketing comprises a taught element of 5 units and a research element in the form of a dissertation. It is anticipated that the majority of students will require 12 months to complete the 4 taught units covering the analysis of the services marketing environment and marketing communications, strategy and planning subjects and a further 12 months to complete the research methods unit of the taught element and the research dissertation.

Delivery Mode
The programme is delivered by distance learning methods with 3 or 4 days workshops held in Hong Kong - one near the commencement of the programme and one during the research methods taught unit.
Assessment Methods
There are no examinations. All units are assessed by assignments and the dissertation is approximately 20,000 words.
Fee Schedule
The total program fee is £7,000 inclusive of all learning materials. Students qualifying for exemptions from some units will have their fees reduced accordingly.
Graduation and Degree
On successful completion of all five units of the taught element, students may finish their studies and be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma or may continue with the dissertation for the MSc award.
