Hong Kong's oldest Ballet School was found in 1948 and to this day the school occupies the same studio in the historic Helena May Building at35 Garden Road, Hong Kong. Some of Hong Kong's leading ballet schools are today directed by former pupils of the Carol Bateman School0f Dancing.The teachers are qualified in the Royal Academy of Dance method of ballet and the teachers of National Dance are all ISTD qualified. Mostclasses have piano accompaniment.
