Programme Aims
The programme is designed to provide a structured learning opportunity to professionals and general employees who need to acquire comprehensive communication skills in various business sectors. While the topics include organizational behaviour , general communication skills in business, mediation, negotiation, presentation and creative thinking skills, the target audience includes administrators and professionals from the areas of human resources, sales and marketing and project management, etc.
Academic Recognition
Under normal circumstances, graduates of the Diploma in Business (Workplace Behaviour and Communication) are granted exemption up to a maximum of 8 courses out of 24 courses towards the Bachelor of Commerce (Business Management) from University of Canberra depending on how closely their prior learning matches with their intended studies.
