Course Description
This programme is designed for those who wish to further their careers in supply chain / procurement management in either the services or manufacturing industries, in China and Hong Kong. This programme is also designed for professionals and students to acquire partial exemptions from the Professional Qualification Examinations Syllabus of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Hong Kong.
Duration
12 months (minimum) or equivalent to 48 weeks
Medium of Instruction
English, supplemented by Cantonese
Programme Structure
Lecture Schedule
2-3 evenings sessions a week and possible weekends, 7:00 - 10:00pm for weekday, 2:30 - 5:30pm for weekend.
The programme consists of 6 modules, to be taught in a minimum of 12 months. It is divided into two parts

Assessment and Award
Assessment for each of the 6 modules will be based on one assignment/project and a final examination. In general, the performance grade for the examination and assignment/project varies accordingly to individual module. The overall pass mark is 50%.
Upon successful completion of the programme (pass all 6 modules), students will be awarded a Professional Diploma in Strategic Procurement Management by HKU SPACE.
