Enrico Ho is Neukon Club's advanced cocktail instructor/trainer. He has been working in cocktail industry for over 13 years. He was a Bar Manager in Park Lane hotel of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong recently.  In Oct, 2006, he won the 2006 Merit Award of the 32nd IBA World Cocktail Competition in Greece. In 1999, 2001 and 2002, he was the champion of Hong Kong Bartenders Cocktail Competition, Cathay Pacific Cocktail Competition and Stella Artois World Draught Master Competition. Enrico has been in the executive committee of the Hong Kong Bartenders Association – a member of International Bartenders Association, which is responsible to hold all cocktail competitions in Hong Kong. It is our pleasure that Enrico is teaching "advanced cocktail seminar/class" for Neukon Club's members, while Times Karaoke Space is teaching "cocktail class for beginners". The beginner class includes teaching our members to make about 10 different cocktails, while drinking them at the end if desired. The owner of Times Karaoke Space is kind and generous enough to give out the recipe handouts of over many different type of cocktails at the end of the class.
