Champ Ngai Industrial Co was established in Hong Kong since 1977 and is specialized in making of Hand Bag, Cosmetic Bag, Toiletry Bag, Gift Bag,Traveling Bag, Tools Bag, Rucksack and all related Promotional Articles.
Manufacturing
The Champ Ngai’s factory has 4,000 square meters large and employed 300workers in Dongguan China. Each month, the factory produces about150,000 – 170,000 pieces in average figures. We have an ability to makethe production efficiently logistic service to make sure that the stocks will arrive to the customers on time.

Champ Ngai Industrial Co had been dealing with the local intermediate companyto exporting oversea from the pass and it has been serviced a lot of famous brand over the world. Sun Ngai Industrial has acquired a good reputation of making high quality products within our industries field.

Product Development
Champ Ngai has possessed in-house designers who are fully versed in product and graphic design, in the coming year we will develop our own brand and create fashionable ranges of bag, especially focus on younger traveler and lady’s market .We also possessed a team of sample maker in Hong Kong office and China's
factory as well as to provide an efficiency and effectiveness service to the client. We have confident to meet the challenge of other competitors and to live up to client’s requirement.
Quality Control
As a manufacturer, the quality control is always being the first principle in our mind, our workers are trained well by the good management who has more than fifteen year experiences of manufacturing control. We implement the process. Control System in all of our production line. In each of sewing group have five quality inspectors, when every sewing procedure has completed then they will gather it all and do the inspection carefully before the next procedure taking place, respectively to remain the product quality and the processes error to be minimized. We are spending much more efforts on this control system, not many factories are willing to do so as it costly but that is how we survive in this field for so many years and has given an “quality assurance” to the client.
