Le Rideau Theatre Café is Hong Kong's only performing arts bistro: a restaurant, bar, lounge and performing arts venue, dedicated to staging regular music and theatre events. The centrally located arts hub brings live music, theatre and other performances into a comfortable, intimate space, enhancing the experience of live performances for both audience members and performers.

Centrally located in the heart of Soho, Le Rideau’s mission is to become a hub for both artists and art lovers, known among patrons for its high-quality performances and among artists for its flexibility and multi-dimensionality.

By day, with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking busy Hollywood Road, Le Rideau makes an ideal spot for a quick bite, a long lunch or an afternoon tea with dessert. At night, Le Rideau transforms into a lively bistro - a place to sip wine, meet friends or take in an evening of entertainment. The restaurant serves bistro-style, French-inspired cuisine and bar snacks to satisfy late-night munchies.

The 2,300-square-foot venue seats up to 120, and its state-of-the-art sound system and adjustable theatre lighting make it adaptable to the whole gamut of live performances – from jazz, blues, classical and rock music to dance, theatre, musicals and stand-up comedy. An expandable, semi-circular, 135-square-foot stage with two entrances/exits is ideal for small-scale theatre, and a green room/dressing room provides easy access to the stage.
The team at Le Rideau is open and flexible to adjusting the environment according to the needs of performers. Attentive, conscientious staff work with visiting performing groups to ensure rehearsals and performances run as smoothly as possible.

Le Rideau also hosts private corporate functions and celebrations.
