Eva shows her artistic sense throughout her life. She makes pottery for day-to-day use and decoration; she designed her home and has been recognized by renowned journalists. She even travelled to Italy to learn making traditional hand-made pasta which she loves. She enjoys creating things with her hands.
After her wedding, she couldn't stand the fact that there are so few sugar artists in Hong Kong that can make unique, highly themed cakes. She believes that there is a big demand for special occasion cakes. For this reason, she located one of the most prestigious sugar artists in New York and took her lessons to master the skills.
She takes a serious interest in the arts and keeps a sharp eye on creative trends. Her passion remains with garnering fresh design and developing her craft skills to new heights.
