不過有啲國家假若set了block list, 咁就不能瀏覽到指定網站, 好像國內會block某啲網站咁.

正常情況下於外國當然也可以瀏覽其他地方的網站, 正如你可以在香港瀏覽.cn.co.au網站一樣.
