訓係地下, 成個人伸直, 向上望向天.雙腳拍實, 然後用腰力將雙腳提起, 盡量做到90度. 再放底, 連續做呢個動作.
一組8下, 每日做3組. 約大個月應該會有番條線出來. 但實際情況當然要因人而定.
