減肥飲食問題(男仔)

我想問麵包烘底會唔會肥d?or熱氣d? 重有,,我lunch只係食一塊厚麥包夾一塊火腿,,有時就係塗低糖jam 係咪唔夠營養for減肥?

念小學時,算術科中有“流水問題”,諸如A水喉放水,B水桶漏水,問盛滿一桶水需時多少?人體肥瘦也是一樣,吃進的多,消耗的小,自然脂肪積聚,相反,吃入的少而消耗的多,當然長不起肉,肥仔、肥妹見想減肥,又不願勞動,走行兩步樓梯都要乘電梯,點會吾肥,做乜乜推脂,又冇能力日日做,想瘦都難。試睇下有邊個運動員會話呢樣吾食,果樣吾食,點解佢地吾會賤肉橫生?運動就是最佳減肥方法。

要減肥,飲食方面一定要多吃新鮮蔬菜和水果,少吃脂肪含量較高的肉類,不吃油炸食品。另外一定要吃早餐,並少吃多餐。
