1. 掌上壓 (但可能會練埋三頭肌)
2. 大鵬展翅 (雙腳站直,相距大約同肩膊並排, ,背打直向前傾,舉啞鈴的手向二邊張開,再收埋)
3. 擴空器 (比較難同危險)
4. GYM ROOM真正健胸機

用啞鈴或者擴胸器械都得, (有彈簧果種).

用擴空器仲可以練空肌既不同部位.

當然可以, 女仔練跟男仔練法一樣, 只是器具的重量可以較輕.

正常伏地挺身(push up)都可以練到胸肌.
