請問系唔系只要簽咗臨時買賣合約, 之後又唔想買層樓, 就已經叫撻訂? 定係簽正式買賣合約後又唔買層樓先叫撻訂?

如果你係透過地產經紀來簽約, 咁撻訂的話, 除左買定會收5%訂金, 仲要比番經紀雙陪佣金。

當你於簽臨約, 付了5%訂金後才決定放棄購買, 這時業主就有權沒收你所繳付的5%訂金.

整個過程就是「撻訂」, 可以說是「放棄訂金,終止交易」

在未簽正式買賣合約但已簽了臨時買賣合約期間, 你決定不再買這層樓, 就稱作撻訂.
