1.  涼粉草洗乾淨,加水及鹼水放入玻璃鍋或瓦鍋內煮滾,改用小火煮二十分鐘,熄火
2.  待稍涼後,取出涼粉草,用手將涼粉草拌擦使涼粉草出膠,將搓擦過的涼粉草及汁液放回涼粉水中煮滾,改小火煮約五分鐘
3.  將涼粉水及涼粉草放內布袋內過濾,盡量把涼粉草汁擰出
4.  取少許涼粉水調勻粟粉,加回入餘下的涼粉水中拌勻
5.  把涼粉水漿回鍋,以中火邊加邊攪拌至稠狀,離火,注入容器內,待降溫後會凝固,放入雪櫃雪凍
6.  取出切粒,加入適量砂糖拌勻至糖溶,可加入其他生果一起進食
