你之前有無做過劇烈運動? 可能熱身不足所以整傷左膝蓋。建議你做以下運動,可以舒緩下。仰臥在地板上,一條腿膝蓋彎曲(大腿與小腿的角度小于直角),另一條腿伸直,兩手自然地放在身體左右兩側。

將伸直的那條腿向上抬(離地板約10釐米),靜止5秒左右後慢慢放下回到1中的姿勢。休息2~3秒再往上抬腿,反覆做20次。
