酒樓燒賣食譜??

我嘗試自己在家蒸燒賣,但和在酒樓吃到的也差太多了吧..有人可以教我嗎?

材料:
豬肉7兩
蝦肉7兩
冬菇4-5隻
燒賣皮
 蟹

調味:
糖4錢
鹽2錢
雞粉3錢
生粉5錢
麻油、胡椒粉少許


 冬菇浸軟切絲或切粒
豬肉切粒,蝦可切粒或保留原隻
 肉粒及蝦加入鹽及生粉攪至起膠 (順同一方向攪)
    加入冬菇粒及其他調味再攪均(保留起膠狀態)
    以燒賣皮包好,將燒賣輕輕捏成圓柱狀,燒賣面用刀稍為抹平,放上蟹籽
蒸 10分鐘就ok啦
