介紹你一本Online E-book (自己本人用緊),

 

作者係一名外國名人營養師. 係外國幾出名 , 好多人都跟佢本Ebook減肥的!

 

而家自己大約3星期減左11磅 雖然佢話個個人都唔同, 最多可以減到14磅 但係對我黎講11磅已經效果超好

 

因為佢呢D係健康瘦身, 跟佢做小小運動(1日10分鐘左右)同埋佢比出黎既餐單(D野食唔知點解咁樣配! 好勁 但又唔係難食果D 

唔使又打針又呢樣果樣已經好正(我好驚打針)

Ps : 最正係可以針對一個部位黎減, Keep得住我想Keep既野;P

 

個人認為好過自已比禁貴出去做減肥同埋搵營養師 健康D! 所以介紹比大家望下
